Essential
to the design process
The Vulcan JP47 range is a brand intrinsically linked to JP Marine.
For years, the company has been active in the commercial and pursuit-vessel sector.
It specialises in the design and construction of bespoke powerboats, as well as in the delivery of comprehensive installation works.
Design
Our own design facilities
For years, we have specialised in the optimal and comprehensive selection of propulsion systems – both for new builds and for refitted vessels. We design and integrate fuel systems, cooling, power supply, ventilation, wet and dry exhaust systems, as well as the shape and density parameters of tubes with bespoke bonding systems.
We also design refits and build composite vessels from the ground up, using the latest epoxy and vinyl-ester infusion technologies, as well as carbon and Kevlar fibre structures.
Sales
We distribute marine engines and generators from FPT Industrial, including Stage V units, as well as BUKH SOLAS – certified marine engines.
Our activity extends beyond yacht construction and sales to the supply of complete propulsion and powertrain solutions — from shaft lines and propellers to surface drives, jet systems and advanced SCR exhaust technologies.
Service
We bring years of experience in the comprehensive repair and construction of motorboats up to 16 metres, along with full service support for combustion engines and transmissions.
From routine maintenance to complete overhauls, every project is handled with the same attention to detail.
Shipyard
We operate our own shipyard, specialising in the construction of composite and aluminium vessels up to 20 metres in length and 4.4 metres in beam.
We provide complete outfitting services for supplied hulls, including propulsion systems (hydraulic systems included), electrical, electronic and navigation installations.
We also carry out finishing works, boatbuilding and carpentry, painting, and upholstery.
A natural progression
We have completed hundreds of projects — spanning commercial, private and military vessels.
The Vulcan JP47 project is the natural result of our experience and ambition.
